Hey Dan,

I’m impressed, already, with your boot camp. I’ve been online for awhile, but my income from my site hasn’t set the world on fire…much less my wallet! I’ve decided to go back to basics and was impressed with the amount of information you have available at such a delicious price! Thanks for making this resource available. I’m looking forward to using it to fine tune what I’m doing and not only give better information but to monetize my site better.

It’s always better to have a .com domain, as you will undoubtedly index better internationally. However, when you have that kind of search term with the .com.au it’s a no brainer to use it. So if you live in Australia and find a perfect name like that, you should use it. But if you can’t get the perfect keywords I wouldn’t bother. I’d like to say I know the definitive answer for you from testing.. this is just my opinion.

I live in Au and was wondering would having the extension .au effect my ranking in the search engines ie main key word dogtraining.com.au?

Interesting way of finding niches and sub-niches (targeted niches). I learned a lot from this video. The yahoo answers seems like a great tool for research. Thank for the great information.
