Just use Google and type in... wordpress page order. You'll immediately see a wordpress plugin that will solve the problem. There's also a sort drop down menu in the Pages widget where you can sort by name, order, or ID. You can also use a "Menu" to create a custom sidebar pages widget menu in any order you please.
